ALMAH Recruits Session Bassist For Upcoming Shows

ALMAH [Secular band] — the Brazilian metal band led by former ANGRA singer Eduardo "Edu" Falaschi — has scheduled three shows in Brazil in September. The band will play two headline concerts — on September 8 at Manifesto Bar in São Paulo and on September 6 at Tribal Club in Santos — and will participate in one of the biggest Brazilian rock festivals, Porão do Rock in Brasília, on September 7.

Playing bass for ALMAH at the upcoming shows will be session musicianRaphael Dafras.

Dafras started his musical career at the end of 1997, playing in local bands in the Paraná state. His most significant accomplishment so far has been his collaboration with German Pascual (NARNIA) on the singer's debut album, "A New Beginning", as a bass player and producer.

ALMAH's third studio album, "Motion", was released in Europe in October 2011 via AFM Records. The CD was recorded in May-June 2011 at Norcal Studios in São Paulo, Brazil and was mixed and mastered in July at Split Second Sound Studios in Amsterdam, Netherlands by Jochem Jacobs(TEXTURES).
